OUR ACCOUNTING FAMILY

Ms He is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) with more than 17 years combined industry experience in accounting, tax, finance and mortgage broking.
Ms He holds a Master of Accounting degree from Macquarie University and is an ATO registered tax agent holding Public Practice Certificate. Ms He is also CFO and executive director of N1 Holdings Ltd (ASX: N1H), a financial services company, taking charge of group's financial, tax, reporting and board functions. In addition, Ms He is the Responsible Manager of N1's Australian Financial Services Licence and oversees its compliance and operation.
In the not-for-profit space, Ms He is a founding member of Association of Chinese Accountants Australia (ACAA, www.acaaustralia.org).
